6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal or financial compliance purposes (e.g. payment records, which are kept for 7 years under Irish tax law).

7. Your Rights Under GDPR

As a data subject under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erasure: request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restriction: ask us to limit how we process your data

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and maintain your session. We may also use analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Essential cookies cannot be disabled as the platform requires them to function.

9. International Transfers

Some of our third-party providers (Anthropic, Stripe, Vercel) are based in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as required by GDPR.

10. Children's Privacy

RelocateViaWork is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their data, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
