RelocateViaWork ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered career and job search platform designed to help professionals find sponsored employment opportunities abroad. The platform is operated by Winnie Mbaneme, trading as RelocateViaWork, based in Ireland.
Our platform includes job search and discovery tools, AI career coaching, CV and LinkedIn optimisation, a learning academy, application tracking, and supporting resources for professionals relocating for work.
You must be at least 18 years old to use RelocateViaWork. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@relocateviawork.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
RelocateViaWork offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your payment method via Stripe or Flutterwave (depending on your billing currency) on a recurring basis until you cancel.

AI features (Career Coach, CV Optimiser, LinkedIn Optimiser, Personal Branding, Interview Coach) are subject to usage limits based on your subscription plan. These limits exist to ensure fair access for all users. You agree not to:
Job listings on RelocateViaWork are aggregated from third-party sources and employer submissions. While we make every effort to verify sponsorship availability, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current availability of any job listing. RelocateViaWork is a job discovery and career preparation platform. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, visa approvals, or job offers.
You agree not to use RelocateViaWork to:
All content on RelocateViaWork (including the platform design, AI tools, course materials, written guides, logos, and branding) is the intellectual property of RelocateViaWork and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without our written permission.
Content you upload (CV, profile information, community posts) remains yours. By uploading it, you grant us a limited licence to process and display it as necessary to provide the service.
"The Sponsored Leap" book, ebook, and associated courses available at nestuge.com/sponsoredleap are separate products from the RelocateViaWork platform subscription. Purchase of one does not include the other unless explicitly stated. Separate terms and refund policies apply to those products.
RelocateViaWork integrates with third-party services including Stripe and Flutterwave (payments), Anthropic (AI features), Google (authentication), and job board APIs. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
RelocateViaWork is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We make no guarantees regarding employment outcomes, salary levels, visa approvals, or job placement.
To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, RelocateViaWork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunity, loss of data, or loss of income. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the platform in a way that harms other users or the integrity of the service. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from your use of RelocateViaWork shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
